ACECC uses commercial web hosting facilities to host, maintain and update our site. When you make a visit to our site, the following information is logged:

When you e-mail us:

Mailing list and Online Meetings form

If you sign up for our e-mail mailing list, you will only receive the ACECC electronic newsletter. You may request to have your personal information deleted from our database at any time by replying through our electronic newsletter or by informing the web master. Information provided for online meetings are subject to editing. We endeavour to maintain an accurate and up to date meetings list.

Speakers database

All speakers who are added to the database will be contacted via email and notified that:

  • while the system may send them emails their email address will not appear anywhere on the website
  • if they do not wish to be included on the database they have the opportunity to remove themselves by notifying acecc@fed.asa.org.au

Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information that a website can transfer to an individual's computer hard drive for record keeping. ACECC uses temporary cookies (session cookies) which are not personally indentifiable. ACECC does not participate in third party advertising.

Security of information

Personal information, like your e-mail address, are collected and stored on a separate server.
